Cauliflower Pizza Crust

No gluten, crispy crust and yummy taste!

  • Preheat oven to 450

  • Rub olive oil all over crust

  • Sprinkle lots of diced garlic

  • Prosciutto, chicken sausage or veggie crumbles

  • Kale or spinach, fresh basil

  • Mushrooms & other fav veggies

  • Optional: go the extra mile and saute your garlic, mushrooms & veg

  • Parmesean or Daiya vegan cheese

  • cook 8-10 min

  • Serves 2, yum!

 Saute garlic 3-5 min on low, add mushrooms and brown on medium-high for 5 min, and add kale for 5 min
